It is my great pleasure to heartily welcome you to the official website of Federal Polytechnic, Ile Oluji, an institution that is massively making impact in the technical education sector based on the empirical results it is recording at various fronts. Though Federal Polytechnic, Ile Oluji is relatively a young established in 2015, it has within the short period of its existence graduated two sets of National Diplomates who are doing well in their various fields of endeavours. The Polytechnic runs unbroken academic calendar and its facilities and pedagogical practice could compare with any of the best institutions anywhere in the world.
Dr. Ebeloku was the Acting Rector/ Chief Lecturer of Lens Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State (on sabbatical leave) and a former Dean, School of Business and Management Studies, Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State between December, 2018 and March, 2022.
He was born on July 11, 1967 at Ila Orangun, Osun State and he is happily married with four children.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration with Second Class Upper Division in 1994; Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2002; Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management Science in 2006 and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration with specialization in Human Capital Management in 2018 all from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State.
Mr Awe was a Deputy Registrar in charge of the Division of Pension and Staff Welfare, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc. Hons) in Political Science in 1991; Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Political Science (Public Administration) in 1997 and Master in Managerial Psychology (MMP) in 2016, all from the University of Ibadan. He started his administrative career as an Administrative Officer 11 in the Personnel Affairs Division of Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo in 1993, and rose through the ranks to become Administative Officer 1, Personnel Affairs, 1995-1999; Assistant Registrar, Pension Affairs Unit,1999-2002; Senior Assistant Registrar and Head, PersonnelÂ
Mrs. Rachael Olufunke Ogunbodede was born to the family of Chief Eyinla, in Owo Town, Owo Local Government of Ondo State on the 13th of June, 1971. She had her primary school education from St. Patrick Primary School, Owo, between 1976 and 1982. Later, she proceeded to Owo High School, Owo, Ondo State, where she obtained her WASC (‘O’ Level) between 1982 and 1988. She then attended the prestigious Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo now Rufus Giwa Polytechnic where she had her National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy in 1993 and 1995 respectively.Â
