The conclusion of the 40th academic Board meeting of Thursday 28th November, 2024 has drawn the curtain on the 2023/2024 academic session, Academic Board considered and approved all the results from all Academic Departments with some minor adjustment on some of the presented result. It follows then that results for the second semester 2023/2024 academic session can now be released to successful students, especially graduating National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students, while graduating Higher National Diploma students will be processed for National Youth Service with NYSC.
All hands must be on deck to ensure a smooth resumption of academic activities for 2024/2025 academic session, while newly admitted candidates and returning HND II students will commence registration from 9th December, 2024.
Academic Board at one of its previous meetings directed that henceforth, registration and screening formalities must begin and terminate at the Division of Academic Affairs and only candidates duly screened by the Division can then proceed to make payment for school and other incidental charges, this directive should be strictly adhered to, during the current registration process, to ensure that only qualified candidates are processed to academic departments for departmental registration.
Finally, the policy on staff not inserting themselves into financial transactions of intending candidates still subsist, and staff who have no part in the registration process should heed this policy directive appropriately.
Do have a pleasant week.
Thank you.
Signed
