About Us

SERVICOM is an acronym from two words “Service and Compact”. It means a service compact between Nigerian citizens and the service delivery system in Nigeria. The Federal Government of Nigeria discovered that there was need to put in place a certain agency that would check the excesses of public servants in terms of punctuality and regularity at work and stability at duty posts, effectiveness and timely delivery of service to all the stake holders. It was mandated for all Government, Ministries, Departments and Agencies to establish a SERVICOM Unit in their establishments. Esterblishment

The SERVICOM Unit of the Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji was established immediately the Polytechnic commenced operations in 2015. Its establishment was borne out of commitment to the delivery of quality service in the polytechnic with the directive of Federal Government to rid the system of sloppiness and engrave in her staff the spirit of effectiveness and efficiency in the discharge of their duties.

HOW TO LODGE COMPLAINTS TO SERVICOM

  1. It is your right to be served, if you are not served right you have a right to complain by contacting the SERVICOM Nodal Office through GSM line: Voice, SMS and Whatsapp 09038053447 or send a Mail to servicom@fedpolel.edu.ng.
  2. The SERVICOM Office is located on the second floor of the Main Administrative Building, Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji. Complaint can also be dropped in our suggestion Boxes provided at strategic locations on campus or email servicom@fedpolel.edu.ng.
